CAN YOU TELL ME THE MEANING OF 120 HOURS COURSE WITH WORKING EXPERIENCE IN THE USE OF PC?

i want to apply for food inspector job , they have the requirement of 120 hours course with working experience with the use of personal computer. does it mean any professional experience in computer field? because i am a housewife and i have done 6 months diploma in computer basics from an ordinary institute.Do i match with this criteria?
