Wattchimera pull how much rare is it?

I recently bought 4 duelist revolution booster packs...I pulled two wattchimera but there was a difference between them...the one was ultra rare but the other one has its level stars ''glittered''(shining) it has its aributte ''glittered'' it has its black border ''glittered'' does anybody know how rare is the glittered one and if it costs more? thanks in advance
