Are there any types of scholarships or grants available for teens?

I want to go to the Summer Language Institute at UVA over the summer, but it costs $4,000. I have contacted the supervisor of the camp and they said that they do not offer any type of financial aid or anything. Do you know if there is any way for me to get part of it funded? I qualify for free lunch at school, if that helps.
