Difficult situation: what do I do? (take the time to read please... sorry its so long)?

Be the adult you all are and just talk to her, tell her you'd like to be her friend but can't until she gets her morals straightened out. Point out what she does that turns you off, maybe something will click in her head to straighten herself out.
