Astrologists are scam artists who claim you can tell your future by looking at the stars and planets. I think you mean astronomers. Pluto is not the smallest planet in the Milky Way, and it isn't a planet anymore anyway - although it was the smallest planet in our solar system for a while. Don't capitalize letters for questions unless you're starting a new sentence. Not sure how long this supposed to be, but a few sentences don't really answer your questions. Telescope primary mirrors are measured in meters, not feet (and 'I think' doesn't belong in a research paper - look it up). You do not use telescopes to observe meteors. You can't point them fast enough.
