How can I get glitter glue off my car?

So. One of my siblings rude stupid little friends decided to glitter glue my back windshield a while ago and seeing it in the rear-view mirror with it looking like shaving cream and having to wipe off the morning fog anyway I wiped it. Now that it's dry I can't really get it off. It's run down the hatchback mixing with dirt and I don't want to take a razor blade to my paint job to get it off. Any suggestions on how to get if off without ruining my paint or my window?
