You can use a balloon, leaving eye holes and at first ticking a nose shape to it, cover with cling film then use paper mache...made from torn strips of newspaper ( torn the same way so you don't break the fibers, not cut) warm water and either pound with the end of a rolling pin in a bowl until completely mashed or liquidise...then add some PVA glue or wall paper paste and you are ready to make your mask
