Question of NJ statewide Transfer Agreement?

For those familiar with the NJ statewide transfer agreement... I would get a liberal arts degree at my community college( Liberal Arts Business). And then I would transfer to Rutgers Business School New Brunswick for Accounting. But does Rutgers only offer the BS in accounting? I don't know if I can get a BA at rutgers or not. The law said you need you can transfer only as AA to BA or AS to BS.
