What is this comic (can't think of the title)?

So this question is kind of a "I have a song stuck in my head, but I don't know what the title is" kind of question, but it's a comic. I remember seeing it at my local comic store, but I didn't pick it up because I wanted to check it out first before I bought it. Unfortunately, I forgot the title. I remember the cover had a tall, broad-shouldered red headed man in a suit and a girl smirking and wearing hoop earrings. In the background, there was some sort of monster with a freaky smile. The art style really was what attracted me. I also vaguely remember the cover saying something about the 'hit series is back.' I want to say the title started with an H, but I'm not sure. I tried googling this information, but these are all pretty disconnected thoughts haha. If I can't figure it out, I'll just write it down the next time I go to the store, but then I'll still want to check it out before I buy it so if this made any sense, help me out fellow geeks! Thanks!
