What school to attend to become a web designer/developer (and actually get a job)?

I am planning on going back to school for web design/development but I am not sure what type of school is best. I live in western Washington and the two schools I have narrowed down so far are the Seattle Art Institute( which offers a BS in "Web Design and Interactive Media" and is more expensive but has more specific classes dealing with web design) or Western Washington University (which offers a general BS in Computer Science and is cheaper but probably isn't going to teach me a lot of web stuff). What school/program is going to help be become a designer/developer?
