The UN Human Rights council is led by a bloc of Islamic and African states backed by China, Cuba and Russia...?

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia passed an anti-blasphemy resolution to "combat defamation of religions" (read: Islam). There have been hate speech laws enforced with double standards instituted in several European countries. Should the UN Human Rights Council or the UN at large be taken seriously?
